Effective Communication
Lousie generously donated her time to develop some short training sessions on Effective Communication for our volunteers. Louise spent time getting to know the charity, its values and operations to ensure the session was relevant and appropriate for the group. Lou really knows her stuff; the session covered topics such as empathy, active listening and other tools for meaningful communication, skills which volunteers can use in their personal and professional lives. Louises approach is personable and professional, she is able to build rapport quickly and easily so it’s clear to see the positive impact she has as a coach. I have really enjoyed working with Louise, and have greatly appreciated her warmth, time, expertise and support. Thank you very much Louise from all at Little Village!
